BKR Frenchies verbal contract:

Breeding Rights are unavailable unless full rights are compensated for. You are being sold a French  Bulldog with the sole intention of registering the aforementioned dog with the “American Kennel  Club” as a Limited rights owner- Absolutely zero tolerance for breeding or procreation. The Buyer  certifies that he/she is buying this dog for him/herself, to keep, nurture and cherish for the entire  lifetime of the dog, and is not acting as an agent for another party. The Buyer Agrees to take good and  responsible care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly and promptly to give secure the best of  attention to the dogs physical welfare. No guarantees of any type are offered or implied by this contract except those that are specifically so stated. No monies will be refunded in whole or in part. This dog is  sold in good health with current up to date vaccinations. If a veterinarian issues written statement  clearly stating that this dog is not in good health, the dog may be returned to the Seller within forty 

eight hours of time of receipt and Seller will replace the dog with another of the approximately same  quality and sex as soon as one becomes available. 

This Puppy is guaranteed by BKR Frenchies for one full year (12 calendar months from  purchase) for life-threatening congenital defects.  

If there is found to be one of these defects, the puppy must be returned before a replacement can be  made. With proof of defect from reputable Veterinary clinic in a written statement. If a puppy must be  replaced, it will be replaced with the next available same sex pup of the same quality and the total  expense of shipping will be paid by buyer. If the puppy must be shipped it will only be shipped counter  to counter with the buyer paying the cost of shipping, crate and health check. This guarantee is void if  the puppy is resold. If the buyer decided to not return puppy this contract is void. This guarantee does  not cover what we in the french bulldog breeds consider normal: cherry eye, entropion, ectropion,  ‘loose” hips or knees, allergies, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares, inverted tail, fertility  issues, parasitic, fungal, or bacterial infections, respiratory infections, ect. Buyer understands that  french bulldogs are special and that special consideration must be given if buying one of these breeds.  We will not cover death if your pup has been put under( surgury ect, and has died) Putting a french  bulldog under requires a skilled and knowledgeable veterinarian. All items covered by this guarantee  are replacement only. You must returned affected pup to BKR Frenchies and we will replace him/her.  WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS OF ANY KIND, ONLY EXCHANGE. Seller is not responsible for  medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a pup means trips to the vet, and bills  associated with those cost. Buyer understands he/she will be responsible for ALL the vet bills. Pup has  been vet checked prior to leaving BKR Frenchies and has been found to be in good health. As of date  of delivery, your pup will be current on vaccinations and deworming. Buyer is aware puppy will  require more vaccinations and deworming and agrees to provide these as per needed according to vet.  Buyer understands that though his/her pup is current on shots, more are needed to provide immunity to  disease and ensure long term health. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost UNLESS otherwise  stated in writing by BKR Frenchies. Puppy must be paid IN FULL before it leaves BKR Frenchies  possession. Puppy is guaranteed against parvovirus and distemper for 48 hours upon arrival to your  home. Although the puppy is vaccinated this guarantee does not include coccidian or kennel cough,  both of which can be common in puppies. Kennel cough is usually self-limiting. Full recovery is  expected snd on its own is not life threatening. We do not guarantee internal or external parasites, loose stool, coccidian, giardia or any condition that can be corrected by a veterinarian. BKR Frenchies does  not guarantee against parvo, distemper, adenovirus, para influenza and bordetella. No guarantees is  given against these diseases due to their unpredictable nature. Seller (BKR Frenchies) is not  responsible for any vet bills once the new owner takes possession of said puppy. Additional terms: Any  puppy going to a new home may be a bit unsure about themselves until they are comfortable in their  new surroundings. The Buyer was cautioned to be careful when introducing the puppy to other family  pets and members until they have been well socialized. We offer a lifetime return policy of any dog  produced by BKR Frenchies. If for a valid reason a buyer can no longer keep the purchased dog  the seller (BKR Frenchies) shall agree whenever possible to take said dog back from buyer and  try to find it a good home, this does not imply the return of any monies or later exchange. This is  done on a case by case basis. Puppy will be rehomed. Deposit of $(due when picking a puppy or  reserving a puppy before its born) choice of puppy is determined on a first come (first deposit  received) first to choose basis dipictive of the accordingly priced and quality puppy. Terms of  deposit: NON-REFUNDABLE, Deposit will be deducted from total purchase price. Remaining  funds are due at the time of pickup in person in the form of CASH. If being shipped, remaining  balance of funds are due 48 hours prior to shipping. Deposit will be forfeited if buyer changes  their mind for ANY reason. Remaining amount of $(initial that this is the agreed upon amount 

for said puppy) *________X__________* this verbiage on contract is just listing price of puppy  and deposits, and is not receipt of payment. Receipt will be provided after payment has been  processed. 

There are no refunds on deposit, unless otherwise agreed here in writing. Failure of the buyer to  complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the puppy to some other  Buyer and retention of the deposit is meant to compensate the Seller (BKR Frenchies) for  possible loss. The deposit signifies the intenton the part of the Buyer to follow through with the  purchase of This puppy. The Seller (BKR Frenchies) reserves the right to void this transaction  and refund deposit if we learn for any reason why the Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy- (ie Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a pet store,  representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory ect). If transaction is voided or through  some tragic accident the puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes tp its  new home then, deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wished to apply the  deposit to another puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter. Also  please take note that all reservations are AFTER BREEDERS CHOICE!. Each party  acknowledges receiving a copy of the agreement, purchaser has read and agrees on all conditions  of the above contract. I have read and understand the warranties and conditions, All of which I  accept once you accept your new puppy. 

This contract is Null and Void if not above terms are met. By accepting our puppy you (the buyer) have agreed to enter into our contract and by handing (selling) the puppy to you (the buyer) we agree and will hold up our end of the contract.
